Refund and Cancellation Policy

CHHOTU LAL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• CHHOTU LAL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

• In case of any Refunds approved by the CHHOTU LAL, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1.1.1 Full Refund: If you decide to withdraw from a course before the commencement date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fees.

1.1.2 Partial Refund: If you withdraw within the first 50% of the course duration, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact percentage will be determined based on the specific circumstances and administrative considerations.

1.1.3 No Refund: Once 10% of the course duration has passed, no refund will be provided.

1.2 Refund Process

1.2.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of withdrawal approval.

1.3 Non-Refundable Items

1.3.1 Application fees, registration fees, and any other administrative fees are non-refundable.

1.3.2 Any third-party charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Course Cancellation by Shiksha Mahayag Welfare and Educational Society

2.1.1 In the event that a course is canceled by Shiksha Mahayag Welfare and Educational Society, registered students will be notified as soon as possible.

2.1.2 Students will have the option to transfer to another available course or receive a full refund of the course fees.

2.2 Student Initiated Cancellation

2.2.1 If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, they must notify the administration office in writing.

2.2.2 The refund policy outlined in section 1 will apply to student-initiated cancellations.
